Director of ESOP Sustainability
Alex Grasser joined the team as our Director of ESOP Sustainability in 2021 at our Louisville office. He has spent 10+ years in the ESOP space partnering with business owners and senior leadership.
His expertise includes administration and sustainability analysis of complex, defined contribution plans with an emphasis in ESOPs. Alex has extensive experience with new ESOP feasibility and ongoing sustainability analysis. He is a regular presenter at local, regional and national conferences and trade shows on the topics of: Repurchase Obligation, ESOP Sustainability, ESOP Administration and other broad ESOP related topics.
Alex is a member of The ESOP Association (TEA), National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) and is currently serving on several committees for the OH/KY chapter of TEA. He will become the Vice President of Programming for the chapter on 1/1/24 and serve through ’25. He received his BSBA in Finance and Business Economics from Northern Arizona University and MBA from the University of Louisville.
