Melissa Thomas joined in 2020 and now leads an experienced team of professionals as the CEO of SCJ Fiduciary Services. She began her career with a as an Auditor, which provided Melissa with an exclusive view into the inner workings of numerous organizations.
She later had the opportunity to expand her financial and operational proficiency by joining the largest Dental ESOP as their Assistant Controller and eventual Director of Business Operations. These collective experiences afforded Melissa a wide array of expertise spanning Compliance, Business, Finance, Employee Education, and Communication. As CEO, she brings a well-rounded approach to leading an amazing group of Employee-Owners at SCJ.
Melissa graduated from the University of Transylvania with a Bachelor of Arts, in Accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2009.
